I'm always here for you
first time, joel this title has no link to whatever post i'm gonna post. just telling ya if u wonder again. hahaha~
today had GL training. and we didnt have campus run. was so happy to know that. and they said we are doing circuit. i sian-ed diao~ circuit its damn tiring la. my grp first to do cruntches station, then push ups, then 45 degree leg rise, squats and then finally jumping jacks. all these add up can kill me already la! the push ups itself already do close to 70, if i'm not wrong. cruntches will be close to 100. the 45 degree leg rise is killer la! boos~ squats and jumping jacks are okay lor~ almost died from just the circuit. i still prefer campus run after all. lol~ XD
then had our lunch break. all of us like so dead la~ but i just laze ard trying to regain the normal use of my legs. its strain seriously much a lot than running, my arms and shoulders too. then it was time for grp 2 games. hahaha! i can say they did quite a good job. all of their games are fun and nice to play la. not so dirty also except for the telematch part. mud again lor~ but this time is just roll on the canvas sheet. hehe~ so no problem la, but its still muddy and sandy. -_- but the game overall was fun! and our combined grp of no link and sugarbins aka sugarlink won the telematch!!! wahahahaha~ then went to wash up a bit with the hose. headed back to the pyramids and wait for debrief. then we started zi high with peace by river and moonlight bay. hahaha!
the sgls came le then ppl were called up to say abt the games planned by grp 2 and suchs. then we went outside the shelter area to finish up 20 push ups for our punishment. then went back and have debrief. then out again and do a 5 push up per set. and we did a total of 30 push ups. almost die la~ arms giving way liao. then now we still own the sgls 150 push ups, which was like last week's amt. cos today got ppl late. added up to a total of 239 de. but sgls discount to 200. lets just hope next training nobody late and nobody forget the damn bottle. zzz~ then went to wash up and everything. then sat at the green patch there to wait for ppl lor. in the end wait wait wait until 7pm sia. laze ard the green patch of cos. its very tiring for today's training la. now my whole body machiam jelly liao. boos~ tml wake up sure die.
went to market there to have our dinner. and then chit chat all sort of rubbish came out la. haha~ took 77 back with joel to interchange. came home and settle the list to yide and currently got 55 gls in the S&S. yep~ and yesh, pls ignore bottom's post. its something personal and u guys wont want to read it either. this post better right? lol~ and er.. i guess thats it? tml still got grp 4 meeting at sch. boos~ but oh wells.. very tired sia.. but still cannot sleep yet.. lala~ anyways, thats all ba. shall update if theres any update for me to update. haha~
