Anything but Everything
before i start a proper update for today, let me say a few words. i guess some of u are wondering why there are so many turtle and roses on ppl's nick. yes, its a very saddening news that, crocodile hunter, steve irwin has passed away ytd, 4th september 2006 due to being stung by a sting ray while filming a show. read more on the website provided below.

it was such a shocking news that steve irwin passed away! he is the wackiest environmentalist i've ever seen. i used to watch his shows when i was in sec sch. his shows are fabulous and he sure can attract(at least i know he can attract me) audience to his shows. but it was such a sad news he passed away while filming a show. i rmb his shows still got dangerous stuffs de lor. and he also introduce many animals which i have nvr seen before and was facinated by it. thinking back when i was watching his shows, its so educational. learnt lots of stuff abt the environment. he cherish nature more than anyone and i respect him for that. so, the deepest sincerity from my heart, steve irwin, may u rest in peace. u will be rmb by many all over the world.
alright.. back to my daily activities. haha~ i had successfully skip rubbish food for one day and yet today, i was forced to eat macs. -.- my sis lor. but nvm la. last night also didnt sleep well cos it was raining and loud thunder. its not i scare but damn noisy la! more over, i didnt find a comfortable position to sleep when awoke by the ridiculous thunder. until the 'storm' died down then i slowly went back to sleep. but woke up damn early, also dont know why! anyways, i watched finish maburaho~! finally~~ the ending was weird la. haha! an anime to watch catch it~ btw, i'm dwling Gundam Seed CE73 Stargazer, its apparently an OVA so its only 3 OVAs. now only got 2. i dwl see see if its nice or not, although the gundams are..... oh wells..
went to bathe after a while after lunch. then i slack ard with my lappy, bed and phone. my phone the games all not nice de. boo~ then it was raining yet again~ i thought i cannot do my run again. then it stopped and the sun is out. so i went out 3++pm to run cos i scare later rain again. so i take the chance. but then, sway.. wanted to run 2 rounds non-stop, my stomach there, ard liver area acute pain!! i ran 1 1/4 round with it, walked 1/4, run 1/4, walked 1/4 and run the remaining. i wanted to keep on running the 3rd round, but then i ran abt 1/5 of the 3rd round, i u-turn. XD then came home a while later cos i was walking ard, regaining my breathe. then went home and drank water, rest and sit down see see tv. haha~ then went to bathe again cos was so smelly and sticky la~ -.-
later i will be going to buy dinner. hehe~ cant wait for tml man! finally got GL training liao~! wheeeeee~ btw, i confirm can run 1 round non-stop ard my house area le. hehe~ did 60 sit-ups, 30 per set, 24 push-ups, 12 per set, 1 diamond(for fun lor), 5 wide arms(eh, this one is do after 1 set of 12). chionging of exercising now. weak now lor, 1 year plus since nafa i stop exercising. now gotta catch up liao. glad i'm trying to be healthy now. XD anyways, i guess thats it? i think i forgot what to say le. XD horray to tml~! haha~
