Phys 45 mins remedial, 30 mins slack then teacher come... hahaha... saw him coaching sec 3 at 2nd level... lol... teach until forget time... haha... then went home lor...
had been doing push-ups for the past few days lah... haha... training arm strength lahz... cos my pull-up sucks... haha... haiz... then now do too much leh got muscle pain... kaoz... now do very pain... zzzz... maybe should go for swimming instead... can train whole body n stamina... better... too bad lahz... i no muscle de lah... very skinny also... bo pian lah... i born like this de lah... can only blame myself bahz...
